The Mentor: say it, and it helps.

A small orb sits on every door of ThoughtsUPP. Tap it, type or speak, in English, हिंदी, తెలుగు or ಕನ್ನಡ. It knows where you are in the app and answers in a line or two, by text and by voice.

  • 1New here? It walks you through the door you're on, screen by screen.
  • 2Ask anything about the product, and it answers. Fixed answers are free; on Business, an AI answers in your language.
  • 3It acts for you. When an ask on the beach is really a plan or a piece of work, it offers the right door and carries your words in. Say "yes", and it opens.

Found a bug, or want something the app doesn't do yet? Tell the Mentor. It captures the screen with your words, the team sorts and approves it, and you're told when it's released.

How it decides

AI that decides first, then talks.

Before ThoughtsUPP writes a word, it makes a few small, typed decisions about your thought, each with its own confidence. When it's sure, it moves. When it isn't, it asks you instead of guessing.

The method is ours. The model is a setting.

ThoughtsUPP isn't tied to one AI model or one company. Each job (deciding, answering, writing, speaking) has its own model, and a backup behind it. We pay for a strong model only when a cheaper step can't do the job.

Founder-engineer behind ThoughtsUPP and its Mentor: an agentic system where one spoken thought is understood, routed to the right door and carried through to a finished action, with a human in the loop. Designs the decision layer (the ThoughtsUPP Engine, patent pending), the multi-agent orchestration and the LLM-plus-rules routing behind it; applied AI that acts rather than answers.

25+ years in enterprise technology before this: Enterprise Architect at Coforge, Principal Architect at Ergos, Sr. Director of Technology at Silvermine. Set AI strategy and chose the AI platforms for enterprise clients, and built on them hands-on, well before that was expected of an architect; alongside, cloud-native platforms and distributed microservices at scale.
